About
The Whiz City Comedy Festival began as the collaborative idea of Laughs on Philly founding members Alejandro Morales, Eddie Finn, and Reid Benditt, and the Executive Producer and Tattooed Momedy co-host Michael Kelly. The inaugural preview festival will be April 12 + 13, 2019 up and down Philly's South Street. A full festival will follow in the fall of 2019.
